By using the products and services provided by NFC Tags by WHN Next, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our products and services.

2. Definitions

NFC Tags: Refers to the Near Field Communication (NFC) technology-enabled tags provided by the Company for various applications.

User: Refers to any individual or entity utilizing the Company’s NFC Tags.

3. Use of NFC Tags

The NFC Tags provided by the Company are intended for legitimate and lawful purposes. Users are strictly prohibited from using the NFC Tags for any illegal or unauthorized activities. The Company shall not be held responsible for any misuse of its products.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content stored on or linked to the NFC Tags provided by the Company. Users must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their use of the NFC Tags.

5. Privacy Policy

The Company respects the privacy of its users. Information collected during the use of NFC Tags is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our official website.

6. Intellectual Property

The NFC Tags and all associated content, including but not limited to logos, designs, and software, are the intellectual property of the Company. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the NFC Tags for their intended purposes.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Company provides NFC Tags “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the NFC Tags.

8. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s access to the NFC Tags at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms and conditions.

9. Restriction on WiFi Card Usage for iPhone

The use of NFC for WiFi card functionality on iPhones is prohibited due to security reasons. However iPhone users can use the QR code for WiFi.

10. Client-Initiated Instagram ID Changes

In the event that a client changes their Instagram ID, the corresponding NFC card will become inactive. The company holds no responsibility for such changes, and reactivation of the card will not be possible.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

By using the Company’s NFC Tags, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
